Finale (Hush, Hush #4)
Becca Fitzpatrick
Will love conquer all?
Nora and Patch thought their troubles were behind them. Hank is gone and they should be able to put his ugly vendetta to rest. But in Hank's absence, Nora has become the unwitting head of the Nephilim and must finish what Hank began. Which ultimately means destroying the fallen angels - destroying Patch.
Nora will never let that happen, so she and Patch make a plan: lead everyone to believe they have broken up, and work the system from the inside. Nora will convince the Nephilim that they are making a mistake in fighting the fallen angels, and Patch will find out everything he can from the opposing side. They will end this war before it can even begin.
But the best-laid plans often go awry. Nora is put through the paces in her new role and finds herself drawn to an addictive power she never anticipated.
As the battle lines are drawn, Nora and Patch must confront the differences that have always been between them and either choose to ignore them or let them destroy the love they have always fought for. (Courtesy of Goodreads)

Warning: Spoilers
Wow.
Absolutely amazing.
I read Hush, Hush during the time it was published, and I slowly started to fall in love with it. I made my way through Crescendo and Silence, but I was oblivious to the fact that there was going to be a fourth book: Finale. Once I found out that this book was the ending of all endings, I did not waste time in getting it.
The way the story was structured and thought out was awesome. The concept of the Fallen Angels and the Nephilim was easy to understand, and it was an interesting history indeed. Now, the characters...
Ohmylord. PatchPatchPatchPatchPatchPatchPatch, oh, and did I mention Patch? I am completely in love with him and his personality. However, I don't think I'm the only one xD
Nora was indeed a character that I loved as well. She wasn't stupid in her actions like some other main characters in other books. However, I was mad at her when she lied to Patch and continued to drink that Devil's Witchcraft. I'm glad she felt guilty about it and apologized to him, though. Shows good character.
Omg! Vee! Scott! My heart just SHATTERED when Scott dies and Vee is left to mourn him. Right when she gets someone that's worth keeping! I'm glad she ends up happily married to another man, though. She was a Nephilim this entire time... Though I wish Nora told her about everything beforehand, I could see why she hid it from her.
Grrrrrrrr Dante pissed me off sooo much! Am I the only one that hates the evil guy disguised as a good and attractive one? asdfghkl!!!
I shall end this here because my time is short, but this series will ALWAYS be one of my favorites, regardless of what others say.
My Rating:
1/5 I didn't like it
2/5 It was okay
3/5 I liked it
4/5 I really liked it
5/5 It was amazing
